Elkins elaborates these four important principles of success in 38 chapters giving out the most appropriate to-do and do-not advices in the simplest way possible. Importance of optimism, new definitions of ego, priority over time and other such valuable lessons would surely help the reader get success in their work & personal lives and achieve better. At the end of every chapter there are Pony Principle Assignments to help you further putting these principles into practice. The book is thoroughly flooded with inspirational quotes and statements to develop the confidence of the reader and make them ride the Pony of their dreams.
